Seedance 2.5 generates sound natively in the same pass. There is no audio switch to find and no audio surcharge to plan around — it is already part of the per-second price.
One request can carry up to 30 images, 10 videos and 10 audio clips, 50 combined. Reference videos run 2 to 30 seconds each and 30 seconds in total, with the same 30-second ceiling across reference audio.
Video mode takes a prompt on its own or a start frame to move from. Transition takes a start and an end frame. Reference builds the shot out of the assets you attach.
Seedance 2.5 bills by the second rather than by the clip. A 720p second costs 21 credits on its own, and supplying reference video moves the whole request to the lower 13-credit input rate.

Any whole number of seconds from 4 to 30. The default length is 5 seconds, and there is no fixed ladder in between — 7 or 23 seconds are as valid as 10.
Yes, natively and in the same pass as the picture. This model has no audio switch and no separate audio charge, because the sound is already covered by the per-second price.
A Creator plan or above. The requirement is on the model itself, so it applies at every resolution and length.
By billed second rather than by clip. With no reference video, a billed second costs 21 credits at 720p and 9 at 480p, so a 5-second 720p clip comes to 105 credits. Attaching reference video moves the whole request to the input rate — 13 credits per billed second at 720p, 6 at 480p — and adds the reference footage to the billed seconds, counted as at least 4. A 5-second 720p clip with 4 seconds of reference video is therefore 117 credits.
Up to 50 assets in one request: at most 30 images, 10 videos and 10 audio clips. Each reference video runs 2 to 30 seconds and they total no more than 30 seconds, and reference audio follows the same per-clip and total limits. Audio references always need at least one image or video alongside them.
480p and 720p, with 720p as the default. Six ratios — 21:9, 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 and 3:4 — can be chosen for text-to-video and reference runs. When you supply a start frame, the clip follows the framing of that image instead of a ratio you pick.
