Recreate the look of an early-2000s consumer digital camera snapshot. Render the scene, people, or moment described in the user request as if captured around 2003 on a low-megapixel compact digicam: harsh onboard flash, slightly blown highlights, limited dynamic range with murky shadows, mild digital noise, soft detail from a tiny sensor, and the flat in-camera color of early JPEG processing with a faint cool-green cast.
