Sparring in de sportschool

Create a 12-second handheld sparring study in a small gym. Two adults, practice only, no blood, no knockdown, no crowd. Beat one (0–4s): the camera circles at chest height; they shuffle on a worn mat, gloves up, a fluorescent tube and one warm side light; distant bell, shoe squeak, breath. Beat two (4–8s): a jab meets air on purpose, then a glove tap; sweat on shoulders, wraps visible, faces stable and adult; the circle continues the same direction. Beat three (8–12s): they reset, touch gloves, and nod; camera eases wider to show the empty ring corner and a water bottle; end on both still standing. Identity stays locked. No logos on shorts, no referee, no slow-motion injury. User request: Two adult boxers in a small evening gym circle each other and tap gloves in a practice round, no one goes down.
