Render the character described in the user request as a traditional anime production genga layout sheet — a scanned studio artifact of a hand-drawn key animation frame. Draw the character in clean colored-pencil key-drawing linework with soft graphite construction lines and colored line breaks marking hair highlights and shadow edges, set against a lightly sketched soft-focus background scene behind the figure. Reproduce the physical paper faithfully: off-white animation paper with a row of standard peg holes along the top edge, slight scan grain, faint smudges and subtle wrinkles.
